Welcome to Afro Plug. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Afro Plug website, services, ticketing platform, and related features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• “Afro Plug,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Afro Plug and its affiliates.

• “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.

• “Event Organizer” refers to individuals or entities creating or managing events on the Platform.

• “Ticket” refers to digital or physical proof of purchase granting entry to an event.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform or purchase tickets unless otherwise permitted under applicable law. By using Afro Plug, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To purchase tickets or access certain features, you may be required to provide:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are subject to:

• Availability

• Event capacity limits

• Pricing tiers set by the Event Organizer

Once a ticket purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation and a digital ticket (QR code).

Afro Plug reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.

5. Pricing and Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

We accept:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

Prices may include applicable service fees and taxes. All charges are final at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the Event Organizer’s refund policy.

Generally:

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

• If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Partial or full refunds may be issued at the discretion of Afro Plug or the Event Organizer.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

Afro Plug and/or the Event Organizer reserve the right to:

• Modify event details (date, time, venue, lineup)

• Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, ticket holders will be notified via email or SMS.

8. Entry and QR Code Validation

Each ticket includes a unique QR code.

• QR codes may only be used once.

• Duplicate, copied, or resold tickets may be denied entry.

• Entry is subject to compliance with venue rules, age restrictions, and security policies.

Afro Plug is not responsible for denied entry due to violation of event policies.

9. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions

• Attempt unauthorized access to the system

• Resell tickets unlawfully

• Interfere with event operations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including logos, branding, text, graphics, and software—is the property of Afro Plug or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Afro Plug acts as a ticketing and event technology platform. We are not responsible for:

• Event quality or performance

• Artist cancellations

• Personal injury or loss at events

• Third-party venue issues

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afro Plug shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such data processing.

13. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may integrate third-party services (payment processors, analytics tools, marketing platforms). We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in Nigerian courts unless otherwise agreed.

15. Amendments

Afro Plug reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
